We have 1 day left on no expiration tickets and those are linked to My Disney Experience account. If we purchase an annual pass, can that 1 day be saved for when our annual pass expires?

    Hi, Melanie!

Welcome to the wonderful world of the Walt Disney World Annual Pass! You are going to love the discounts - the savings surely lets me justify my need to shop and get just a few more Disney trinkets that I simply must have! Keep your Annual Pass card and your photo ID handy as you must present them to receive benefits and discounts.

You can definitely keep your remaining day from your No Expiration tickets on your My Disney Experience account. Once you purchase your Annual Pass and link it to your account, call the Internet Helpdesk at (407)939-7765 and tell them to "prioritize your tickets" so your Annual Pass gets used first. (If you are at Walt Disney World when you purchase your Annual Pass, stop by Guest Services at any of the parks or Disney Springs and they can do this for you as well). With your tickets prioritized, your Annual Pass will get used, with your remaining No Expiration day being saved for future use.

Wishing you a magical year of visits to Walt Disney World!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is sailing with Disney Cruise Line, running (or cheering!) at runDisney events, taking hula lessons at Aulani, or vacationing at the Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. I am proud to be a part of the planDisney team and cannot wait to share my tips and advice for a magical vacation
