On the day we leave we are spending the day at Animal Kingdom and have reservations at Rainforest Cafe. Since that is the day of our checkout does our meal plan still cover a sit down meal for the evening?

    Hi Maureen!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I love using the Disney Dining Plan for its flexibility, convenience and great value.   What a wonderful last day you will have at Disney's Animal Kingdom Park with reservations at Rainforest Cafe.  Watch out for noisy elephants and thunderstorms!  For each night of your stay, the Disney Dining Plan provides one Table-Service Meal; one Quick-Service Meal; two Snacks; and a non-Alcoholic Beverage with each meal (or an Alcoholic Beverage for Guests 21 and over).  You will also receive a refillable drink mug which can be refilled at any at self-service beverage island at Quick-Service locations at any Disney Resort hotel. All meals at the Rainforest Cafe - breakfast, lunch or dinner - will require one Table-Service entitlement per person, and you will be pleased to know that you can use your dining plan from the time of check-in (if you check-in online it will be effective from 7.00am) until midnight on your departure day.   So if you have enough dining credits left on your account, you can certainly use them for dinner on your last day.

Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions.  We will be happy to help you plan your magical vacation to Walt Disney World.
