From one Jane to another, "Hello!" and welcome to planDisney!
I'm so pleased that you've stopped by with such a great question for us to help you with today. Jane, it must have made your zip-a-dee-doo-dah-day to discover that your 4 x unused 7-day Disney Tickets from 2003 still had some value in them! What a magical time your family is sure to enjoy when finally using them at Walt Disney World Resort this coming July.
Typically,
Guests with older-style Disney Tickets which still have unused days remaining on them, are required to seek assistance from Cast Members at
Guest Relations upon arrival at Walt Disney World Resort.
However, of course, I fully understand your need to have those old tickets successfully linked to your
My Disney Experience account, which in turn, will enable you to go ahead and make
Disney Park Pass reservations for your intended Disney days.
With this in mind, and to gain the correct information going forward, I'm going to suggest connecting with Cast Members via this easy-to-access
online Contact Us email form. Or, if you so wish, by perhaps speaking in person with a Cast Member on the phone by dialling the UK freephone number for
Disney Park Tickets contained within this handy
Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory. Prior to dialling, you'll want to be sure to have any details pertaining to your old Disney tickets close to hand.
It may be helpful to know that it's always possible for Guests to take a peek at up-to-the-magical-minute
Disney Theme Park availability via this Disney Park Pass reservation calendar. Jane, as the current
UK-based planDisney Panelist, it's been my pleasure and delight to assist you today. If you should have any additional questions about your upcoming July
summer holiday to the most magical place on earth, then please do feel free to pop back to
me here at planDisney.
Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
