Hello Amy!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We’re happy you’re here with such a great question!
Time flies doesn’t it? Sounds like you purchased a 2-day Park Hopper
ticket online and will be unable to use it before the expiration date. You’re in luck! According to
eTicket Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise stated, the amount paid for any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park ticket (with the exception of
special event tickets) may be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park admission ticket at the current price. The new ticket purchase price must be equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket. When you’re ready to visit the Disneyland Resort, simply visit a Main Entrance ticket booth, or a
Guest Relations location in a theme park to apply any eligible ticket amount towards a new ticket purchase.
I hope you’re able to visit the Disneyland Resort soon because there's so much happening this year!
Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance opens on January 17, 2020 in
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge! I had a chance to experience this all-new attraction in Orlando and it was absolutely amazing! On February 28, 2020, the
“Magic Happens” Parade will debut at
Disneyland Park. It’s the park’s first new daytime parade in almost a decade and will feature magical moments from legendary Disney stories. Finally, the summer of 2020 will bring the highly anticipated
Avengers Campus to
Disney California Adventure Park! Whatever time of year you choose to visit, you’ll find something new and exciting to experience!
