With a 3-day Walt Disney World theme park ticket with Park Hopper Plus Option, enjoy same-day admission to all 4 theme parks on each day of your ticket, plus 3 visits to a water park or other Walt Disney World fun.

So, yes, with a 3-day ticket with the Park Hopper Plus Option, your plan will work. You can visit the theme parks on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, and use the extra visits at the water parks on Sunday and Thursday for splashtastic fun! You'll be left with one more "plus" visit if you don't use it on the same day as one of your theme park visits.
