We have 4 day hopper passes with 2 7 yr old girls. I am looking for a good itinerary to get the best things in each park for seven year olds?

Hello Heather, welcome to the Disney Parks Mom´s Panel!

At Magic Kingdom there are lots of activities for 2 or 3 days.
Restaurants like The Crystal Palace, Cinderella´s Royal Table and Be Our Guests are excellent dining experiences.
A makeover at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and The Pirates League are an awesome experience for young girls.  My 7 year old daughter loves the Mermaid make over at The Pirates League.
From the many fun and magical attractions make sure to visit Enchanted Tales with Belle and Princess Fairytale Hall.

Animal Kingdom features awesome animal experiences like Kilimanjaro Safaris, Maharajah Jungle Trek, Pangani Forest Exploration Trail and Affection Section.  Expedition Everest, Kali River Rapids and It´s Tough to be a Bug are great attractions to experience at this park.
Tusker House is a fun and tasty restaurant for the whole family.

When visiting Hollywood Studios I always recommend signing up your kids at the Jedi Training Academy or riding Toy Story Midway Mania! just as the park opens - or both.
This park has great thrill rides like Rock ´n´ Roller Coaster, Twilight Zone Tower of Terror and Star Tours.  Muppet Vision 3D is my favorite show at this park.
At the Magic of Disney Animation guests can learn to draw Disney Characters at the Animation Station.

Epcot is a great park for a family day.  Start by riding Soarin´ and Test Track, and visit the Character Spot before heading to the World Showcase.
As you go around the world I recommend tasting different meals and snacks, and making a stop at the Japan store.  This store is as fun as it can be for any children.
My family always enjoys an early breakfast - before park opening hour - at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall.

    Thank you for visiting.
