I have a day hopper pass but the date on it was during covid last year. We are planning a trip in June of this year and I was wondering what I needed to do to update my tickets.

    Hey there, Sierra!

Thanks for coming to see us here at planDisney! It's so exciting to hear you have your Walt Disney World Resort vacation plans in the works.

If you have a previously purchased ticket for the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks and you want to check on how best to make use of it, my suggestion is to reach out to the Walt Disney World Ticketing team at (407)-566-4985. The friendly Cast Members on the Ticketing team can provide great guidance on your ticket and its expiration details. They can also offer suggestions as needed for how you can update your ticket. You can also try reaching out to the team through the online chat service.

When you do get your theme park ticket updated and all set to use, please do be sure to link your ticket to your My Disney Experience account and then make your theme park reservations using the Disney Park Pass system.

Sierra, I'm happy to hear you chose the Park Hopper Option for your ticket! There's so much Disney theme park magic to experience, and getting the time to visit more than one park in a day makes for a pixie-dusted plan to create even more magical moments for your visit.

If you are looking for recommendations on what to see, do, and enjoy, just ask us here at planDisney. We're always happy to offer tips from our own experiences as Walt Disney World Resort Guests.

Here's to all the Disney magic in your day!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
