My 1 day hopper complimentary tickets expired in 2020 so I was not able to use it. How can I use them now?

    Hi Jenmi!

Welcome to planDisney! We're so happy that you're hEAR. I'm happy to be your planEAR today with this Disneyland Resort Theme Park Admission Ticket question!

Oh no, Jenmi! I for sure want you to have a very fun Disney day after everything we've all been through in the last two yEARs. Let's see what we can do. In the past tickets to Disneyland and Walt Disney World Resort were valid forever, and that's still somewhat true. These days there are rules in place around multi-day tickets that they must be used within 14 days. However, any wholly unused tickets - either single day or up to the max of five days - can be traded in and have their value applied to tickets of the same type or higher. Complimentary tickets are tricky because I sadly don't have the authority to say if they will or won't be honored, but I have a good feeling that they will. Your best bet is to call the Disneyland Resort Ticket helpline at (714) 781-4636 and they can assist in upgrading your tickets right over the phone.

One important thing to note is that since the reopening Guests now need to make Park Pass Reservations in advance, which tells Mickey which park you're going to play in on what day. If your tickets are Park Hoppers, then you'll select the park you'll start your day in and will then be able to hop over to the other and go back and forth between the two at 1:00 PM. You'll want to make your call to inquire about your tickets sooner rather than later as Park Pass Reservations tend to book up solid in the month leading up to each Disney day. You can start making Park Pass Reservations 120 days in advance, and there's always room that far out. In fact, hEARs the Park Pass Reservation Calendar!

I hope that this helped to give hope that all is not lost, Jenmi. And I'll cross my fingers and hope for extra pixie dust for you!
