Hi Melissa,
Welcome to planDisney!
Melissa, is your ticket linked in your
My Disney Experience mobile app? If so, you should be able to see an expiration date within the app. If not, I can give you a few steps to link your ticket to double check!
First, you’ll want to locate the Theme Park ticket ID, typically it’s located on the back of the ticket or within your email (if the ticket was sent digitally). Once you have the ticket ID, let’s add it to the My Disney Experience mobile app. When you're signed into the app, from the home screen, select the three lines in the lower right-hand corner. Next, scroll to the bottom and click “Link to Account”, select “Link Tickets or Passes”, and under “Ticket or Pass”, you will be able to add that ticket ID.
Once the ticket is linked, or if it was already linked, within “Tickets and Passes”, you should see an expiration date on the bottom of your digital ticket. If for some reason, you’re not seeing the expiration date, I suggest you call the
Existing Tickets help desk. The Cast Members there should be able to check your Theme Park ticket type and determine if it can be used.
Once you confirm, make sure to book your
Disney Park Pass reservation. At this time, both Theme Park tickets and Disney Park Pass reservations are needed for entry into the Theme Parks. Wondering what Theme Parks have availability for mid-February? Just check out the
Theme Park Reservations calendar!
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is helpful for your upcoming trip to the Walt Disney World Resort.
If you have any other planning or vacation questions, please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
