Hi Fabiola,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question!
I’m glad you were able to make your first
Disney Park Pass reservation. For your second day, are you making the reservation for just yourself or are there other family members involved? If you’re trying to make reservations for yourself and family members at the same time, they might not have Theme Park tickets for the dates you’re trying to secure. If you’re making the Disney Park Pass reservation just for yourself, maybe you’ve already used one day of your Park Hopper ticket or already reserved a Disney Park Pass for another day.
To check your current Disney Park Pass reservations, press the three lines in the lower right-hand corner of the
My Disney Experience mobile app and select “My Genie Day”. Then on the “My Day” tab select “Change Day” and select the timing of your trip. You can tap through all of the days for your trip to see if you already have a second Disney Park Pass reservation scheduled. In my experience, the only way you’ll receive the “Invalid ticket” error message is if your Theme Park tickets can’t be paired together with a Disney Park Pass. This can happen for a number of reasons, but typically it is because the timing of the Disney Park Pass would be outside of the ticket’s window or you already have a reservation for that day.
If you’re still having issues, I suggest you call the
My Disney Experience and MagicBands help desk to see if a Cast Member can pinpoint what’s happening. They will be able to access your information and help you resolve the issue so you can get back to planning your vacation!
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is helpful as you prepare for your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort.
If you have any other planning or vacation questions, please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
