The day after our FastPass selection date I went online for Anna Elsa and they were gone :(. My daughter will be heartbroken if we have to have for 5 hours. Any chance more become available. Sa sad :(. Thank you!

    Hey Cheri!

I understand your frustration. As you can see, our Frozen friends are very popular. Here are a couple of hints to help you get this royal introduction:
    • To get one of these coveted FastPass+ selections I suggest you keep trying. Often people will make their FastPass+ selections based on nothing more then that they are available with no regard to what their actual park touring schedule might be. Or they will make several selections on different days until they solidify their plans and will drop the ones they don't need. There are also folks who drop their selections when they find one that better suits their schedule. Therefore, my advice is to keep trying, not just once a day but two, three or four times per day.
    • Arrive at the Magic Kingdom BEFORE rope drop so that you are one of the first people in line to enter when the time comes. At opening time Cast Members will usher guests into the park and down Main Street, U.S.A. in a slow and orderly manner. If you are one of the first people to enter the park I would estimate your standby wait might be 30-45 minutes.

For another glimpse of Anna & Elsa, check out the Festival of Fantasy parade in the Magic Kingdom.

I hope this helps with unbreaking your 5-year-old's heart. If you have any other questions about your Walt Disney World vacation please come back and see me.

Wishing you a *MAGICAL* vacation and a pixie-dusted day!
