I have a 2 day eticket to 1 park per day and unable to go with my wife and daughters due to injured leg. How long are unused tickets good for or can I get a refund?

    Hey Rico!

Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for bringing your question our way!

I’m sorry to hear that you’re injured and unable to join your family on their visit to “The Merriest Place on Earth!” You may cancel your Theme Park Reservation for your visit to the Disneyland Resort and book a new one for a later date. Because reservations are limited and subject to availability, I recommend checking the Availability Calendar to make sure a Theme Park Reservation is available on the new desired day. Canceling will not trigger a refund because theme park tickets are valid for a future visit through the end of their expiration date.

However, even if you're unable to visit before your ticket’s expiration, don't worry! According to eTicket Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise stated, the amount paid for any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park ticket (with the exception of Special Event Tickets) may be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park admission ticket at the current price. The new ticket purchase price must be equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket. When you’re ready to visit, simply go to a Main Entrance ticket booth and ask a Cast Member to apply your eligible ticket amount towards a new ticket purchase.

Don’t forget to ask your family to bring you back a souvenir!

    Ta ta for now!
