On our day at Epcot should we take our daughter to Royal Summerhaus very 1st thing to meet Elsa and Anna or do The Meet Disney Pals at Epcot Character Spot very 1st thing? We were going to do those 1 and 2 at park opening.

    Hi Nicholas,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It sounds like we have a princess in the family!

If I were you, I would visit with Anna and Elsa at Royal Sommerhus first. When I just checked wait times using the My Disney Experience Mobile App, the wait time for Anna and Elsa at Royal Sommerhus was 40 minutes while the wait time to Meet Disney Pals at the Epcot Character Spot was 25 minutes. If you have downloaded the mobile app, I suggest checking wait times periodically the week before your visit to help inform your decision.

On our last visit with our girls, we actually planned a morning to visit with our royal friends in Norway. First, we did a pre-park opening breakfast reservation at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall. The girls chatted with several of their princess friends. We finished breakfast by 9:00 a.m. then hopped in the standby line to take a tour of royal Arendelle on Frozen Ever After. The wait was no more than 10 minutes and then we got in line to visit with Anna and Elsa at Royal Sommerhus. By 10:30 a.m., we were headed to our first Fast Pass+ for Test Track. We had the perfect morning!

Nicholas, if you do try a pre-park opening dining reservation at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall, remember that it could take some time for all of the princesses to reach your table. Also, consider how long your princess may need to eat. Our girls are older now, so we can eat expeditiously!

Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
