I have a 4-day Disneyland pass that I haven't used completely yet and I am looking into make a reservation with my group, but I am not able to link my ticket to another account besides my own. What do I do???

Welcome to planDisney, Angelica! We’re so happy to see you visiting us today and happy to help you plan for this exciting visit!

Hakuna Matata, you don’t need to be linked to any other account besides your own. However, since you are looking to make reservations as a group, I do recommend maybe having you be the “master planner” since your ticket is already linked to your Disney account. This would mean you would be the one to link everyone's ticket(s) to your account. After you do this, you will then be able to make your Theme Park Reservations.

Depending on how many people are in your party, everyone can choose to manage themselves. As long as you all have a Theme Park Reservation, for the same day, you will be just fine. This is usually what my family ends up doing when we visit either Disneyland Resort or Walt Disney World Resort. I am the one who manages my family of four, while anyone else who joins us, like my parents or siblings, manages themselves. It’s super simple! We even like to all use the mobile app over a family dinner to make and finalize our plans.

Angelica, I hope this helps! Don’t forget to take advantage of the Theme Park Reservation availability calendar before finalizing your dates. This is the best way to make sure there is availability in the parks you are wanting to visit, before purchasing any additional tickets you may need.

Thanks again for visiting us today and please let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with!

Meet the Panelist: Shantel, Alabama

Hi ya Pals! I'm Shantel, an Army wife and mom of two. I grew up going to the parks, and now we're sharing that tradition with our kids. When I am not visiting the Walt Disney World Resort, I'm at home researching and planning for our next trip. One of my favorite things to do is search for new snacks to try, especially if they are Mickey shaped. I'm definitely living the dream my heart wished for! I cannot wait to answer your questions and help make your vacation even more magical!
