My 2 day Disney tickets for March 2020 were credited due to Covid. I'm trying to apply this to an upcoming trip the first week of October. How do I do this?

Hello, Brittney! Welcome to planDisney, and thanks so much for coming to see us here at planDisney! I’m happy to hear you’re ready to re-book your next unforgettable Walt Disney World vacation! That Disney magic we all know and love is back whenever we are ready to experience it!

I checked with Guest Services regarding your question, and they let me know that the value of any unused Tickets never expires and can be applied to a future order of equal or greater value! So you’d simply need to call Disney Existing Tickets at (407) 566-4985 once you decide which dates you wish to visit!

Brittney, I hope that you are excited to be planning a visit during the 50th-anniversary celebrations of Walt Disney World Resort! With so much to celebrate, they are sure to be the experience of a lifetime! Check out the Disney Parks Blog for the latest updates on all the fun and excitement, and know that you can return to see us here anytime you have questions. We’d love to hEAR from you again soon!

    Wishing you many magical memories,
    Clara
