I had a 3 day disney pass that expired. Do I have credit on my account? If so, how do I look for it?

Welcome to planDisney, Nadia! We're so glad you are here!

If you ask me, Nadia, there really has never been a better time to visit Walt Disney World Resort! From Walt Disney World's 50th Anniversary Celebration, to exciting new attractions like Remy's Ratatouille Adventure, there is something fabulous to enjoy at every turn. So, while it looks like your three-day visit may not have worked out, I'd be happy to help you figure out your tickets and see if you might be able to use them toward a future Walt Disney World Resort vacation.

Entirely unused tickets do expire, but the value of those tickets will remain in your account. Meaning, if you purchased your three-day theme park ticket and did not use any of those days, you can use the value of that ticket toward a future ticket purchase. However, if you visited a theme park and scanned in one of the three days, the ticket would no longer hold any value. Therefore, all three days of your ticket would need to be unused to apply toward a future purchase. Now, at this time, you cannot access the unused ticket online. So, to use the ticket value, you would need to call the Existing Tickets team at (407) 934-7639, where a fabulous Cast Member will be happy to get this taken care of for you.

Nadia, if you visit any time during 2022, you will be able to join in the fun of The World's Most Magical Celebration! You can feel the EARIdescent magic in the air from the moment you arrive, so I highly recommend visiting before the party ends! If you do visit this year, don't miss the delicious limited-time celebratory bites available throughout the parks. My personal favorite is the yummy 50th Celebration Ice Cream Sandwich from Dino-Bite Snacks at Disney's Animal Kingdom.

I do hope this answer has been helpful to you! If you have any other questions, please stop by planDisney again, and we would be happy to help!

    See you real soon!
