Jambo Michell,
A big Canadian welcome to planDisney! I love seeing the countdown get closer and closer to 60 days; once dining reservations are made, things start feeling much more real. My family and I enjoy exploring different accommodations within the
Disney Resorts Collection, which is why we frequently opt for split stays. It's an excellent way to discover multiple resorts during our
Walt Disney World Resort vacations.
A split stay involves making two distinct hotel reservations, each with its own 60-day
advance booking window for dining reservations and
Enchanting Extras. You can book your initial set of dining reservations 60 days before the check-in date of your first resort stay. These reservations can be made for the duration of your first stay. Then, 60 days prior to the check-in date of your second resort stay, you can make dining reservations for the remaining part of your visit.
With over 100 table service restaurants located throughout Walt Disney World Resort, you're bound to discover a favourite or two (or more!). My top pick for table service dining is
Le Cellier Steakhouse, nestled in the Canada pavilion at EPCOT – it's like a home away from home! Dining here feels like you are in a château-style hotel, reminiscent of Ottawa's Fairmont Château Laurier, Banff's Fairmont Banff Springs or Quebec City's Fairmont Le Château Frontenac.
Michell, best of luck with your dining reservations and may the numbers on your countdown calendar move quickly. Please
let me know if you have any other questions, I'm happy to help.
Bon voyage,
Candace
