    we are going on a 4 day cruise, on the dressy night can my daughter (8) wear her princess costume insted of a dressy dress to dinner? what have you seen most girls wearing?

    Hi Karen,

    Absolutely!  Normally on every voyage there are several little girls dressed up in their princess costumes.  I certainly don't think she would be out of place.  Based on what I have seen, my best guess would be that it's an 80/20 split of girls in regular dresses vs costumes. 

    So go ahead and pack that princess dress!  I have found that the princess dresses actually pack down very well in a ziploc bag.  Just squish out all of the air and you'll be amazed how they "poof" back out when you remove them from the bag.
