We are going on the 5 day cruise (bahamas) in early August, then spending 3 days at the Yacht Club. We have 4 kids (2 boys, ages 7 and 12; 2 girls, ages 5 and 9). What should be on our "must do and see" list?

    Hi JR,

Welcome to the Moms Panel - A five night voyage followed by a trip to Walt Disney World is my ideal vacation!  There is so much to see and do, so I'll just pick out a few of my favorites for both segments.

    Disney Cruise Line:
Sail-Away Celebration - The perfect way to kick off your vacation.  Once you're up on deck with the sun on your face and the music in your ears the hassles and worries of "travel day" simply fade and the fun begins.
Pirates IN the Caribbean deck party - Rest up for this one!  This late night party is not to be missed and is followed by an amazing buffet, so come hungry!
Who wants to be a Mouseketeer - This family friendly game show will entertain the entire family, regardless of your level Disney knowledge.
Pelican Plunge - This floating barge of waterslides is one of the newest additions to Castaway Cay.
Lifestyle Portraits - This is the perfect opportunity to get a unique photo of your entire family.  These are done most evenings in the lobby, and there is no obligation to purchase.

    Walt Disney World:
Since you are staying at the Yacht Club, you certainly "must do" Stormalong Bay.  This feature swimming pool is one of the most popular ones at the Walt Disney World resort.

One of the best ways you could conclude your vacation would be to watch Wishes! with your family at the Magic Kingdom

    I hope this helps!
