I have 3 day So Cal Tickets and made park reservations. My friends did too. How do we link tickets ahead of time for specific date(s) so we can try to make group reservations for Oga's Cantina? Do we have to link to do this?

Hi Lydia! Welcome back to planDisney. I see you will be in the parks this week!

I would be happy to help you with your ticket linking question, but I do want you to know that you do not have to link together to make reservations for dining, like Oga's Cantina. You can go ahead and make reservations for your complete party from just one of your accounts no matter how many tickets you have linked on your account. However, you may still want to link all the tickets into one account if you are going to be using Disney Genie+ during your visit. This just helps you have a smoother process when selecting Lightning Lane selections when you can do it from one account/phone, instead of trying to sync up and get the same return time from multiple accounts.

Pro Tip: If you can't get a reservation in advance for Oga's Cantina try the walk-up list in the Disneyland app during the day. You will need to be in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge and near Oga's Cantina. Then use the search feature in the app to quickly find the page for Oga's Cantina. Once you are on that page, you will see an option to "Join Walk-Up List". The list can fill up throughout the day, so just check back again if that's the case. Hopefully, you will be able to get in and enjoy a drink and enjoy some galactic beats by DJ R-3X.

Now, let's walk through the process of linking tickets. I would make sure everyone has their tickets linked to their own Disney account so they can easily use the Disneyland app to scan their ticket into the parks and more. Tickets can be linked on more than one account without issues. So, I would then have someone be the group leader who will link all the tickets on their account. To do this you would need to open your Disneyland app and click on the three lines on the bottom right side of the app. Next, click on "Tickets and Passes" and click the "+" on the top right side of the screen. Select "Link Tickets & Passes" and then you can either use the barcode or the ticket ID number for each of their tickets to add them all to your account.

Lydia,  I hope this gets you all set up and ready for a magical time in the parks this weekend. Be sure to bring layers! It looks like it's going to be a beautiful day, but early mornings and night can get pretty chilly right now. Don't hesitate to stop by again if you have any other questions. We are all ears!
