As a California resident, you can absolutely take advantage of the payment plan option for Magic Key passes, as long as Magic Keys are currently available for purchase. I took a look at the website and you are in luck. As of right now, Magic Key passes are
available, including the special Southern California Magic Key that is offered to residents in zip codes 90000 through 93599 if you happen to live in that eligible area.
