    Day you board the ship will we need to pack out dinner wear in carry on if we are at 1st setting or will we have our luggage by dinner at 6:00.? Also do guys need to wear jackets at the formal night we will not be going to adult only regular rests?

    Hi Jessica,

    On the day that you arrive onboard luggage is usually outside your stateroom by 6:00pm, but there is never a guarantee.  That evening's dinner is cruise casual for this reason.  Whatever you are wearing when you arrive on the ship is fine.  It's easier than packing it in your carry on.  Please keep in mind that flip flops and tank tops are not acceptable dress code for the dining room.

    Men are not required to wear a jacket during formal night.  I've seen many Guests who wear slacks, shirts and ties with no jackets.  I do make my husband and son wear jackets on formal night, however.  It's usually the only time I can get them to dress up so I can get a really nice photo taken of the entire family in their best.  There are professional photographers set up in the lobby, and the photos are very inexpensive.
