    We have 2 day base tix from a trip in 2011 but we never used them. We're going this Aug. and to save money we want to add 4 days to our 2 day tix to give us 6 days vs buying 4 days from scratch. Can we do this by phone? Thanks.

    Hi Darin,

    Congratulations on your upcoming August vacation to Walt Disney World!  As long as you have not partially used your theme park tickets, you may upgrade them by adding on days.  Magic Your Way theme park tickets may be upgraded within 14 days of their first use.  Upgrades include adding on days, adding on Park Hopper option, or adding on Water Parks Fun & More option.  Unfortunately you cannot upgrade theme park tickets by phone.  In order to upgrade theme park tickets you must do so in person at any of the following locations on Walt Disney World property:

    • Ticket windows at the theme parks or water parks
    • Guest Relations at Downtown Disney Area
    • Concierge desks at any Disney Resort hotel
