Hi, We have 7-day base tickets. We are not planning to go to any of the parks on one day of our visit. Can we use 2 base tickets in 1 day to allow us to go to 2 different parks? Was thinking of AK in the am and Epcot in the pm. Thanks.

    Hi Nancy!

    Wow, a 7-day Disney vacation....that's awesome!!

Great question about your tickets. Unfortunately, you can't double-up on a single day and use two days worth of base tickets if you'd like to visit more than one theme park. Don't worry though; I have a couple of ideas to float your way:

Idea #1: You can upgrade your base tickets to have the Park Hopper option, which will allow you to visit more than one theme park each day for your entire visit.

Idea #2: You can upgrade your base tickets to have the No Expiration option, which will basically preserve that extra day's worth of admission for a future visit.

If you should decide to opt for either one of those ideas, call Disney's ticketing office at: (407) 939-7523 to have a cast member assist you with the upgrade.

Here's a little tip from your buddy Derek:

Speaking of calling Disney...the cast members are always so helpful when guests have a special request prior to their arrival. If you're traveling with young children, you may want to ask for bed rails in your room. If you're traveling with a large group of people, you may want to ask for adjoining rooms. If you're celebrating a special occasion, you may want to let them know because there may be some surprises in store for you.

Special requests can't always be guaranteed, but the cast members will do their best to help you have the best possible vacation. If you'd like to make a special request, try calling the main reservation number at: (407) 939-1936 and a cast member will be glad to assist you.

I hope that helps! If you should have any other questions, please feel free to send them my way and I'll be happy to help in any way that I can.

    Best regards,
    Derek
