We have a 4 day Bahamas cruise on Disney Wish 16th September to 20th September. As we require to book transportation, from Kissimmee to Port Canaveral on 16th and Port Canaveral to Orlando Airport on 20th, we require approx boarding and embarkation times.

Ahoy there Ronnie, and welcome aboard planDisney!

As someone who has sailed on board the Disney Wish several times over the past year, I'm happy to help you chart your course when it comes to getting to Port Canaveral and back to the airport following your voyage. Since it appears that you'll be sailing on the 4-Night Halloween on the High Seas Bahamian Cruise from Port Canaveral on the Disney Wish, I'm happy to bestow upon you some nautical knowledge to help you in planning your transportation to and from the ship:

    • When you complete the Online Check-In Process ahead of your cruise, you'll have the opportunity to select a Port Arrival Time that corresponds to when you'll be able to board. It's important to ensure that your transportation is not scheduled to arrive to much in advance as folks and families have been sometimes turned away for being too early; conversely, the All-Aboard time for guests is currently set for 3:45 P.M. and you definitely don't want to be left behind! I highly recommend waiting until you have a designated Port Arrival Time before confirming your transportation from Kissimmee, and allow yourself a buffer of at least half an hour in the event of the traffic that you might encounter along the way.
    • On the day of your departure, guests have the option to debark sooner by taking advantage of the Express Walk Off option allowing you to take your own luggage off the ship early as soon as it is cleared by local authorities. (In my experience, this has often commenced with an onboard announcement between 7:00 - 8:00 A.M., but may always be subject to change.) The debarkation process overall is aimed to be as efficient as possible to have all guests off as soon as possible to prepare within a precious few hours for the next voyage, and I've observed that they really do try to ensure the ship has been cleared of any remaining guests by 9:15 A.M.
Hope this helps, Ronnie! With your voyage celebrating Halloween on the High Seas, be sure to pack a frightfully fun costume with you on board and don't be afraid to wear it proudly when you can for some truly fantastic photo opportunities with our Character pals in Halloween outfits of their own!

Wishing you a delightfully Spooky sailing ahead this September!
