On the day of my arrival for my stay at the Polynesian, can I purchase ILLs at DHS at 7:00am? Do my privileges as an on-site guest start at 7:00am on the day of my arrival? We want to visit DHS before we check in to the Poly.

Hey there, Rick! Welcome back to planDisney!

One of my favorite things about a Walt Disney World Vacation is that it starts from the moment you arrive! And whether you choose to explore the resort, enjoy a fun character meal, or head to the theme parks (because I like the way you think!) the Disney Magic will meet you as soon as you arrive!

Rick, all of your resort privileges begin on your arrival day before you even check-in to the resort! You can purchase Individual Lightning Lanes starting at 7 a.m. the day of your Theme Park visit since you are staying in a Disney Resorts Collection hotel. Guests staying off-property can purchase their first Individual Lightning Lane Entrance once the Theme Parks officially open, so you get a head start!

Since you are planning to head straight into the parks on your visit, I recommend you drop your bags at Bell Services when you arrive. The Bell Services Cast Member will store your luggage and give you a pick-up ticket. Keep this ticket in a safe place and head off to your magical adventure knowing that your luggage is safe and sound. You can also take advantage of the Direct-To-Room service in the My Disney Experience app. This service will notify you when your hotel room is ready and show you your room number. Then, you can head straight to your room without having to stop and speak with a Cast Member at the front desk!

I hope this helps, Rick. The magic awaits!

    Until Next Time,
