180 day is almost here and the more I read, the more ?'s I have! Help! Rumor: Villas and Suites are not eligible for DDP. T or F? Also, worried AoA will have crwd lvl of 10 (it's new!) even though parks will have crwd lvl of 4 first 2 wks of Dec. Thoughts?

    Hi Karen!

If you stay in a Disney Deluxe Villa and pay with normally then you can definitely get the Disney Dining Plan.  I wrote "normally" because the Disney Deluxe Villas are also Disney Vacation Club Resorts; however, you don't have to be a DVC member to stay there.  The rules are slightly different for DVC members.

I think it is fair to say that the new Art of Animation Resort will be very popular for a while.  I know many guests who typically stay in Disney Deluxe Resorts that are planning to stay in the Art of Animation Resort.  I also know that some discounts that have been released by Disney are not good at the Art of Animation Resort.  All indications are that the resort will have no problems attracting guests for a while.

That said, I wouldn't let the expected occupancy rate of the Art of Animation resort deter you.  Most Disney hotels are full, especially during the end of year holidays.  Except perhaps at check-in, I have never felt overwhelmed at a Disney Resort.  I suggest giving the new resort a try in December!

I hope this helps!  Please write back with more questions!
