Hi Richard! Welcome to planDisney.
As a military spouse whose husband is currently deployed overseas, I’d like to sincerely thank you for your service and sacrifice. We are eagerly awaiting our trip to the Walt Disney World Resort when my husband returns – there is something extra special about military family R&R, and I’m excited for you and your family’s upcoming vacation!
I’m happy to confirm that as a 100% disabled veteran (DAVPRM), you are eligible for the military salute theme park ticket offer and the military discount on select resort hotel rooms. Here are links to both special offers; please be sure to read the Offer Details on each to understand eligibility, eligibility dates, and pricing:

You will need to visit your local base ticket office to purchase your theme park tickets, and I recommend calling ahead to see which tickets they have in stock, as it can take a few weeks for them to order tickets. Those tickets come in the form of exchange certificates – you take those to a Walt Disney World Guest Relations window, show your military ID, and they will give you the actual tickets to use during your visit.
For the resort hotel offer, you need to call (407) 939-7830 to get information about pricing and availability for your travel dates. Let the Cast Member on the phone know you’re inquiring about the military resort hotel discount, and they will be able to tell you which resort hotels are available under the discount and the price.
Richard, when you purchase your tickets, you will need to link them to your My Disney Experience account so you can make
Disney Park Pass reservations for each theme park you would like to visit. As part of the
phased reopening of the Walt Disney World Resort, all Guests must have Disney Park Pass Reservations to enter a theme park. My dear friend Jerry explains
how to set up and use My Disney Experience in this helpful answer. He also explains
how to make Disney Park Pass reservations in this answer.
I hope this explains the steps for making the magic happen for your upcoming visit! Please come back and see me if you have any further questions – I’m always happy to help a fellow military family with their Disney dreaming. You can
ask me a question directly by clicking on my bio below this answer.
Wishing you a magical vacation,
Robyn
