My daugther on january 18, she will be 15. And we would like to go there the day of her birthday, there is something that the parks will give it to her?

    Hi Sonia Cristina Susana,

Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. How wonderful to be planning a celebration visit to Walt Disney World! We just returned from a trip to Walt Disney World on which my husband had a birthday. It is truly an amazing place to celebrate! Let me give you some thoughts on ways to celebrate a birthday at Walt Disney World.

First, be sure to get a Happy Birthday button for your daughter to wear. These are available at Guest Relations at the Disney theme parks, and at many other locations throughout Walt Disney World as well. The buttons are free of charge. Also, be sure to indicate on your resort and dining reservations that you are celebrating a birthday. Although none of these guarantee anything, you may find a little extra pixie dust sprinkled on your vacation. At our lunch at Biergarten Restaurant at Epcot on my husband's birthday, our waitress surprised him with a birthday card and package of gummy bears at the end of our meal!

Another option if you want something specific for your daughter on her birthday is to look at Disney Floral and Gifts. They can create wonderful celebration gifts including balloons, plush animals, snacks, and so much more. Once you have perused their website, I suggest that you contact a Magic Maker at 407-WDW-GIFT (407-939-4438) to help you create a personalized gift for your daughter.

A final idea is to consider having a cake made for your daughter. Walt Disney World has many options for cakes. For information on these, I suggest that you visit the unofficial site disneyfoodblog.com. Once there, search for "cake" to find the page with cake frequently asked questions.

I would love to help you plan more Sonia Cristina Susana; however, I am limited in the amount of space that I have to answer. Please do write back if you have any further questions!
