Hi! My 2 daughters and I will be going to WDW in Feb. They're 16 & 14. I know having 2 queens fits us well, but we want to try a value resort. Is there the option of a rolling cot? Thanks!

    Hi Louise,

I so understand this question! We usually stayed in value resorts when our daughters were little, but as they got to be teenagers, the fact that they had to share a standard bed took a little of the magic out of those resort stays.

We have been able to get a rollaway at Pop Century and at All-Star Sports on a couple of occasions. The resorts have a limited supply, and there isn't always one available. The other thing you should know is a rollaway is a tight squeeze in those rooms. For us, though, it was worth it to minimize the girls' discomfort (and complaining).

If sharing a bed really is a deal-breaker for your daughters, I would be sure to note your need for a rollaway bed on your reservation and call the resort directly to double-check availability and re-enforce the request.

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel.Wishing you and your daughters a fabulous Walt Disney World vacation together!
