Hi Candy,
Welcome to planDisney!
Sending huge congratulations to your daughter and her classmates! As a former high school teacher, I remember those senior class trips and the excitement that came with them. There are Disney Cast Members who help with group reservations. If you all will need 10 rooms or more, you should
contact a Cast Member by phone.
When planning for a large group, I do have a few tidbits of advice. First, select your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel. Having taken high school students on trips in the past, I always looked for budget-friendly accommodations. With your group, I would consider Disney's All-Star Movies and All-Star Music Resorts, along with Disney's Art of Animation and Pop Century Resorts. Keep in mind that Disney's Art of Animation and Pop Century Resorts have access to the
Disney Skyliner in addition to
Walt Disney World® Bus Service.
Second, decide how many theme park ticket days you will need and pick the type of ticket. With high school students, I would select
Standard 1 Park Per Day Tickets so that I had everyone in the same park. Once you have the resort hotel and theme park tickets booked, someone will need to make
Disney Park Pass system reservations for everyone. I would identify a select group of adult chaperones to serve as group leads. These folks can coordinate making park pass reservations as well as
advanced dining reservations. Although I did not make reservations for every meal when traveling with a large group, I did try to make at least one or two dining reservations to bring the whole group together. Know also that you can use
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering but, to use it, folks will need a My Disney Experience account with a method of payment linked.
Candy, I am happy to see you start planning now! While you have some time, I have learned that it takes longer to coordinate a large group. Sending a little extra pixie dust for patience!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
