So for my daughter's second birthday I wanted to take her to Disney World, but I was wondering if there was enough things to do for a two year to fill up a whole day. Can she even go on any of the rides?

Howdy Ashley!! Your daughter will LOVE spending her 2nd birthday at Walt Disney World Resort! We first took our daughter when she was 13 months old and our son when he was 9 months. I used our PhotoPass photos and made digital photo albums of both trips. The kids absolutely love seeing themselves when they were "little" at Walt Disney World (they are currently big 6 and 4 year olds)!!

Disney makes it easy for you to be able to know ahead of time what attractions will be a good fit for your daughter. Next time you visit the Walt Disney World website, click on Things to Do. From there, go to Activities and then Attractions. Click on Age Interest and select Preschoolers.  A full list of age appropriate attractions will be listed for you. This will be a great way for you to build your must do list.

Be sure you visit the Baby Care Centers. They are located at the 4 theme parks, are free of charge to use and offer areas when you can change diapers or feed your daughter. They also have additional supplies for purchase if needed.

She may enjoy meeting some of the Disney Characters. When my kiddos were smaller, some of the characters were a bit intimidating for them. We soon learned that if we started with the Princesses, we could build on that meet and greet and work our way around to see Mickey, Minnie and the gang!

Thanks so much for your question and please let me know if you need any further information as you decide how to celebrate your daughter's 2nd birthday. Have a magical day!
