Hi, My daughter's school will auction off 4 park hopper tickets next month. We are not planning a trip to Fl until 2014. Do you know if Disney's "charity" donation tickets will be valid a year 1/2 later or would we have a limited time to use th

    Hi Shannon!
I love that you have the power of positive thinking and expect to win those tickets! :)
Generally speaking, Disney park passes do not have expiration dates that kick in until they are first used. This is because not everybody goes to the parks the same day, week, month or year that they purchase their passes. Meaning, if you win the tickets and aren't coming until 2014, the time would not start elapsing until you used your tickets for the first time. Once activated, tickets generally expire 14 days from date of first use.
To be sure, I would double check the back of the pass before I started the bidding.
I hope this helps and I wish you a Magical trip (see, I think you're going to win them, too) !! :)
