Hi Caitlin! Welcome to planDisney!
It sounds like the Annual Pass is already assigned to your daughter’s name, so there’s no need to re-enter the Annual Pass code into your account. To see your daughter’s Annual Pass, you’ll need to make sure she is
listed under your “Family & Friends” on the
My Disney Experience app.
In the app, click on the three horizontal bars in the bottom right corner of the app. Then click on “My Profile.” At the top of this page, select “Family & Friends List.” Your daughter’s name should be listed here. Select her name and on the next page, make sure it shows that you are sharing “All My Plans.” You’ll want to make sure your daughter’s account is also sharing all plans with you.
If your daughter is
under 13 and has a profile managed by another adult, you can easily add her to your Family & Friends List by going to your Family & Friends List in the My Disney Experience app and scrolling down to the bottom to find “Add a Guest.” The next page will give you the option of adding the guest “through connected Guests.” If you find her through connected guests, the adult that manages her profile would need to be on your Family & Friends List. The managing adult will then receive an email asking if you want to start planning together, and they will need to accept.
If these steps do not work, Caitlin, I recommend calling the number here listed under “
My Disney Experience, MagicBand, and MagicBand+” and speaking to a Cast Member.
I hope this was helpful, Caitlin. Enjoy your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort with your daughter! Make sure you catch
Mickey's Celebration Cavalcade before the
Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration ends on March 31, 2023!
Please
visit me again at planDisney if you have any more questions!
