It will be my daughter's first visit in October: is there a place to see the height requirements for rides at Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom before we get there?

    Hi Kim!

You must be getting more and more excited about your fall trip to Walt Disney World. Seeing the excitement in the eyes of your children on their first visit is something you can't explain. The memories will be with you forever.

It is always best to prepare for a first visit with your children no matter what their ages might be. Take a good look through all of the park Attractions. Under each one you will see if there is a height requirement and if there is it will state what that restriction is. Most of the attractions with height limits will be the roller coaster type but take time to read through all that you might be interested in for your daughter to experience. Some rides will be in the dark such as Haunted Mansion and Pirates of the Caribbean. If your daughter does not like the dark then find something else to enjoy with her.

Fantasyland in the Magic Kingdom will be the place where you will find many great things to do with your daughter. In the Animal Kingdom don't miss the Safari, the Lion King show, and take time to visit Rafiki's Planet Watch.
