Hiya Kirsten,
Welcome to planDisney! Visiting Walt Disney World Resort with your daughter is such a special experience. Nothing is quite as magical as little ones meeting their favorite characters in person. I just took my daughter for the first time recently, and even though she won't remember it, I have memories that will last a lifetime.
Tinker Bell is one of my favorite characters as well. She's tiny with a dusting of sass! In the past, you could find Tink greeting Guests of all ages at
Town Square Theatre in Magic Kingdom. Our little pixie has not been greeting guests these days, but that could change before your visit. I recommend searching in your
My Disney Experience mobile app before your visit to see if she is flying around. To do so, open the mobile app and click the map icon on the bottom (it should be the second icon). Once the map loads at the top-middle of the screen, you should see "Wait Times." Click the down arrow beside it and select "Characters." Finally, select "Show List" in the top right to see a list of all the characters doing meet and greets at the current time.
Now, if Tinker Bell is still not doing meet and greets, there are two other ways your daughter can see her!
Disney's Festival of Fantasy Parade is one of my favorite experiences and a great event to spot Tink. She will be prominently featured with Peter Pan, Captain Hook, and Wendy! One last place to spot her is my absolute favorite. During the nighttime spectacular
Disney's Enchantment, Tinker Bell will grace the skies with a magical flight when the weather is right. Your daughter's eyes are sure to light up when she sees the sight, so look up towards the end of the show (she flies from Cinderella's Castle to Tomorrowland Terrace).
I hope your trip is magical!
Happy Planning,
Ashley F.
