Ahoy there, Linda!
What a magical adventure you have ahead, traveling with your daughter and her family! Sailing with loved ones is such a special experience—There’s nothing better than sharing amazing
dining experiences, onboard fun, and cherished moments together. You’re already on the right track planning all the details, so let’s untangle the luggage tag mystery!
Here’s how it works:
• If you used your address for both staterooms when making the reservations, all the luggage tags will be mailed to you.
• If you entered their address for their stateroom, the tags will be sent directly to them.
In my experience, the
Luggage Tag Folder usually arrives about 30 days before your sail date, so keep an eye on the mailbox as your voyage approaches. If you
don’t receive your tags for one or both staterooms, don’t worry! Once you arrive at the cruise terminal, the friendly porters will have blank luggage tags ready. You’ll just need to write down the name and stateroom number for each piece of luggage, and they’ll take care of the rest—it’s practically magic!
A few additional tips to ensure smooth sailing:
•
Pack any important items, such as passports, medications, DisneyBand+ (if purchased), swimsuits, or anything you might want to use as soon as you board, in your carry-on bags. Your checked luggage might take a little time to reach your stateroom, so you’ll be ready to jump into the fun right away!
• If you’re not sure which address you used, you can always check by looking at your reservation confirmation email—it’ll show the contact details on file.
I hope this clears up your luggage tag question so you can focus on what really matters: planning all the magical moments you’ll share together! Whether you’re soaking up the sun, marveling at the Broadway-style shows, or snapping family photos with Mickey and Minnie, this will be a trip to treasure.
Wishing you smooth seas, happy reunions, and pixie-dusted memories that will last a lifetime!
Sea ya real soon with pixie dust and ocean breezes,
Dustin
