My daughter's co dance is coming to Disney and we bought 2 day performance tickets. Now we are considering making a vacation of it. If we buy park hopper tickets, can we link both the standard tickets and park hoppers to our magic bands?

Hi, Denise!  It's great to see you again here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I'm so happy to hEAR that your daughter will have the opportunity to dance at The Most Magical Place on Earth!  My daughter is also a dancer, and her dance studio performed at Disney Springs last summer.  It was an experience that she and her fellow dancers will remember for a lifetime, and I'm sure that your daughter's performance will be just as special!

I think it is a wonderful idea to extend your visit for the dance performance into a full vacation.  Early November is an amazing time to visit Walt Disney World Resort.  If this year's dates are similar to what we've seen in previous years, the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival will likely still be taking place during your trip.  Also, this is right around the time that the holiday decorations typically begin to appear throughout the theme parks and resort hotels.  This is certain to add a little extra magic to your visit!

If you do decide to purchase park hopper tickets, you should have no trouble linking all of your tickets to your My Disney Experience account.  Once your tickets are linked to your account, you will be able to access them with your MagicBands.  You'll want to make sure that you link your tickets to your My Disney Experience account in time to make your FastPass+ selections.  FastPass+ selections can be made 60 days prior to arrival if you will be staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, or 30 days in advance if you are staying elsewhere.

If you run into any issues with linking your tickets to your My Disney Experience account, feel free to call the Help Center to chat with a Cast Member.  I'm sure they would be able to sort everything out for you quicker than you can say, "Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo!"  Since you will have a couple of different types of tickets linked to your account, you may want to visit the Guest Relations window before entering the theme parks.  This way you can ensure that you are using the correct type of ticket that you need for that particular day.
