Walt Disney World, and with several years of experience attending this incredible event, I’m thrilled to help you navigate your question about ticket information.
You'll want to stay in close contact with your daughter's gym and keep an eye on your email. The gym should be sending out information to parents soon with details about The Summit Championship, including how to register your athlete and ticketing information.
Most aspects of the event, including resort hotels and Disney park tickets, will be booked through Varsity if you choose the travel package. If you're only looking to purchase Spectator Tickets for
ESPN Wide World of Sports to watch your daughter compete, those tickets are not available yet but will be released closer to the competition.
In addition to keeping an eye on your email, you will also want to check out The Summit 2025 page on Varsity's website. Last year, for The Summit Championship 2024, Varsity sent out an email around mid April with the subject line "The Summit Championship 2024." This email included key information such as Disney resort information (if booked through Varsity), on site registration, and a link to purchase spectator tickets for ESPN Wide World of Sports. Based on past experience, Varsity is also likely to add this ticket link to the Summit section of their website as the event approaches.
Once tickets to ESPN Wide World of Sports becomes available, you can also check the
events page for more details. Scroll about halfway down the page, find The Summit Championship, and click "Learn More." This will redirect you to Varsity's Summit page. For the 2024 Summit, Varsity placed a ticket link under the "Important Links" section at the bottom of their Summit website page. Be sure to keep an eye on both your email and this section of the website for updates!
This will be my fifth year attending The Summit Championship, and each year, ESPN has had QR codes posted outside the venue to scan and purchase tickets online the day of. If the same process is followed, this should be an easy option for securing your tickets once they become available.
