    My daughters both have their birthdays in the same month and we are going to WDW to celebrate their birthdays. I already booked our dinning reservations, but I wanted to add a celebration cake or add that we are celebrating, is it too late to add that?

    Hi Christian,

    I think there is nothing finer than celebrating your birthday at the Walt Disney World Resort!  Well, in your case you are celebrating 2 birthdays so that is sure to be double the Magic!  If your daughters haven't nominated you for parent of the year yet, just wait, you are sure to have a nomination soon.

    Great job already securing your dining reservations!  It looks like you are on top of your game and your plans are sure to be successful.  Currently, Guests may add a Mickey Mouse Celebration Cake to their dining reservation at the time of booking or they may add it to their reservation in person at the restaurant itself.  You can also note your daughter's birthday celebrations when you check in at the restaurant and also be sure to mention it to the Cast Member serving you.  Same-day Mickey Mouse Celebration Cakes are in limited quantities at each of the participating restaurants, so I find it is a good idea to go to the restaurant early and request one.

    Christian, whenever you visit your first theme park be sure to stop by Guest Relations and pick up a special celebration button for your daughters to wear throughout their stay.  As you visit the theme parks, Cast Members will see their celebration buttons and recognize them with well wishes.  Other Guests often join in the fun, and I've had my share of "Happy birthday!" greetings from other Guests passing by.

    One other thing that I want to mention is that many Quick Service restaurants offer the ability to use your Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering to purchase Mickey Mouse celebration dome cakes.  I absolutely love this app and use it exclusively anywhere it is an option.  I once even ordered just a souvenir spork for my son at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo at Disney's Hollywood Studios.  It really is so easy to use and saves a lot of time that you can be using exploring the parks.
