    my daughters birthday her 15 quincenera is here I was wondering if she could have like a princess day?

    First off, "Feliz Quincenera!!" to your daughter!!
    There is a great many things that can be done to celebrate this magnificent occasion in style, however, your question is not quite clear in terms of what a "princess day" may entail for you and your family.
