My daughters birthday is this Friday, December 27. Do Birthday Guests still get in for free ?

Hi Sandra, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

How wonderful that you will be celebrating your daughter's birthday tomorrow at Walt Disney World Resort!  I can't think of a more magical place to celebrate.

From time to time, Walt Disney World Resort will have limited-time promotions or special offers on tickets or Disney Resort Hotel stays.  My favorite promotion was "Year of a Million Dreams" which ran late 2006 through 2007 and was extended into 2008.  My family and I were the lucky recipients of several small prizes, including Dream Fastpasses!  Some Guests were even lucky enough to win a night in the Cinderella Castle Suite.  Boy, do I ever wish that promotion would return! "Year of a Million Dreams" was followed by the "What Will You Celebrate" promotion, in which every Guest who visited on their birthday in 2009 received admission to one Walt Disney World or Disneyland park.  That promotion only lasted one year, and as far as I can recall, has never been repeated.  Evidently that promotion made quite an impact!

Although Birthday Guests no longer receive free admission, you may wish to check out the current 4-Park Magic Ticket to see if that special offer will work for your visit.  Do stop by Guest Relations and pick up a complimentary birthday button so everyone can wish your daughter a Happy Birthday.  You never know what pixie dust might land her way!  Also be on the lookout for birthday Mickey Ears available in several merchandise locations.

From all of us at the Moms Panel, a very Happy Birthday to your daughter!
