Its my daughters bday and i want her to meet the princess

Greetings, Latoya, and welcome to planDisney! First things first – I'd like to wish your daughter a very happy birthday. There's no better place than the Disneyland Resort to celebrate. Let's plan her perfect princess day!

At Disneyland Park, you'll have plenty of opportunities to meet and see Disney Princesses. I'd start by visiting Royal Hall. This special spot, located in Fantasyland to the side of the castle, is where you can meet up to three Disney Princesses. You'd make your way from one nook to the next, with a special greeting opportunity in each one. Get a warm hug, take a photo, and collect an autograph – it's a special experience that you won't want to miss!

You can also use the Disneyland mobile app to see where other Characters may be at any given time. My kids have met many princesses in the Fantasyland area over the years, including Rapunzel, Belle, Snow White, and even Elsa. While you're in the park, open the app, tap on the checkpoint icon to access the map, and then tap on the Characters icon to see who you might be able to meet.

Here are some other fun things you can add to your list:

    • Head to Storytelling at Royal Theatre to watch a live (and very fun) retelling of Beauty and the Beast or Tangled. The princess in the story will even join in to help with the reenactments.
    • Did you know you can walk through Sleeping Beauty Castle? Head up the stairs and view dioramas highlighting Princess Aurora's story. This is one of my kids' favorite things to do when we visit.
    • Stop by Cristal d'Orleans so your daughter can design her own tiara! She'll be able to choose a style, jewels, and colors. It would make such a fun present!
    • You could keep checking to see if reservations open up for Disney Princess Breakfast Adventures. This is a truly unique Character Dining experience at the Grand Californian Hotel, featuring a three-course breakfast and encounters with quite a few Disney Princesses!
Don't forget to also pick up a complimentary birthday button at the start of your day. Many retail locations have them. Wearing it may even result in Cast Members, Characters, and other Guests wishing your daughter a happy birthday, which will feel like an extra sprinkle of pixie dust all day long.

Latoya, I hope you and your daughter have a wonderful time visiting the Disneyland Resort. If you think of any other questions, please reach out – we're always happy to help here at planDisney!
