I have 2 daughters ages 21 months and 4 years and I am torn between the 1 bedroom villa at the Beach Club Villas and a one bedroom suite at the Beach Club. There is a large price difference between the 2. What are the differentiating features?

    Hi Deborah,

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.  I understand that you are trying to distinguish between the one-bedroom suite at Disney's Beach Club Resort and the one-bedroom villa at Disney's Beach Club Villas.  I can help you out with that.

The one-bedroom suites at Disney's Beach Club Resort include a king-size bed and a daybed, and thus sleep up to three guests.  There is a bedroom which includes the king-size bed, a living area with the daybed, and one bathroom.  The one-bedroom suites at this resort are all a part of the Club Level Concierge, which means that you will have access to the Club Level Concierge who can assist you with itinerary planning.  You will also find complimentary refreshments in the Club Level Lounge throughout the day.  These suites are approximately 571 square feet.

At the Beach Club Villas, you will find that the one-bedroom villas have a king bed and a queen-size sleeper sofa, and thus sleep up to four guests.  There is a bedroom with the king-size bed, a living area with the sleeper sofa, one bathroom, plus a full kitchen and washer and dryer.  These villas are approximately 726 square feet.  These are not Club Level Concierge.

At either of these locations, you should be able to have your 21-month old daughter added and not counted against the total number of guests in the room, as Disney resorts typically can accommodate one guest under three years old without counting them in the total number of guests.

I hope that this information is helpful for you, Deborah!  Have a wonderful time planning your vacation, and please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
