Hi there, Andhara! Welcome to planDisney and thanks for your question!
I love that your little one has already formed a connection with so many Disney characters! Visiting the Disneyland Resort will truly be a dream for her! Since you daughter is under 3 years old, she does not need a theme park ticket or theme park reservation. However, please make sure to include her on any
dining reservations you make. This will ensure that there is enough space at your table to accommodate her with a high chair or booster seat.
To meet Minnie, you'll definitely want to look into the
Minnie and Friends - Breakfast in the Park at the Plaza Inn. During this breakfast, you'll be treated to an expansive breakfast buffet and get to snap a photo with Minnie herself. You'll also get to see all sorts of Minnie's friends during this meal. An advanced dining reservation is highly recommended and can be made up to 60 days in advance online or on the Disneyland app.
When it comes to our favorite gal from Wonderland, Alice has been known to hang out with the Mad Hatter near the Mad Tea Party attraction. She may also be seen in other places around Fantasyland or perhaps in a character cavalcade during the day. Cinderella may also make an appearance at
Fantasy Faire in Fantasyland with a few of her royal friends. You'll have to keep your eye out for these characters as they don't currently stick to a set schedule or have a set place that they greet guests. Please note that character experiences are modified due to health and safety regulations. You'll be able to wave and take a socially distanced selfie with your favorite characters, but they won't be able to give hugs or sign autograph books at this time.
I hope you and your daughter have an absolutely amazing time at the Happiest Place on Earth!
