Hi, there!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Deanna. I'm so glad you stopped by with this great question!
A stroller is a must-have when my family is vacationing at the
Walt Disney World Resort. Exploring the theme parks requires a lot of walking and little legs tire quickly! I recommend renting a stroller from one of
Disney's Featured Providers. These rental companies offer a few single strollers that would be perfect for your daughter. The City Mini GT Single, Bob Revolution Single, and Summit X3 Single will comfortably accommodate your 6-year old. I suggest renting the City Mini GT Single. I love these strollers because they feature an extra-large canopy which keeps my kids well-shaded from the Florida sun. They also fold super easily! My family relies solely on complimentary Disney transportation, so a stroller that folds easily and that's lightweight to carry, like the City Mini GT Single, is exactly what we need.
To find your stroller among a sea of others in the designated stroller parking areas, be sure to attach something that's going to make it stand out. I always tie a few Mickey Mouse ribbons around the handlebar of our stroller along with a luggage tag. I've seen people use balloons, nameplates, and even twinkle lights!
I hope this was helpful, Deanna. Please let me know if you have any other questions. I'd love to help you plan a magical visit!
