My daughter will be 4 yrs. old on our visit. We will be flying and will take your shuttle to our on site resort. I was just wondering if she will need a carseat for any of the shuttle/ bus services.

None of the Disney transportation options require a car seat. None of the Disney buses, including the Magical Express buses from the airport to the resorts, is even capable of having a car seat installed. If you were to bring a car seat with you, it would be stored in the undercarriage of the bus during your trip to your hotel.
