Since my daughter will only be 2yrs and 10mths old, Disney does not allow her to go to Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. I was wondering if I can purchase everything available in the package with the tutu and tshirt and do her hair myself.

Hi Sarah!  The age limit for Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is tough but it was done from experience since so many young children just can't sit still and they don't enjoy the primping it takes to transform into a beautiful princess.

I do have another suggestion however.  The Harmony Barbershop on Main Street in the Magic Kingdom will do hair cuts and sprinkle pixie dust and gel for all ages. This would be a simple hair appointment but would add that something special with sparkles for your daughter. You can purchase princess costumes in almost every park and some resort shops so she could arrive dressed and hit the hair appointment early. The first one is at 9am.  Reservations are highly recommended and to do this you call dining number and ask for children's activities to make this time. 407-939-3463. The hair appointment would cost less then $20 and then you just add the cost of the dress and for a two year old it would be a less expensive way to go but just as special!
