My daughter is 7 years old and requires a stroller as she is unable to walk. However we are able to transfer her to and from rides but not able to hold her in line the entire time. Are we able to be in line with a stroller and transfer her back into it?

    Greetings, Becky!

Welcome to planDisney, I'm so glad that you're here! Making sure that everyone is able to have a wonderful time at the Disneyland Resort is my favorite form of pixie dust, I'd love to help you make some plans for a magical trip with your princess.

Because the needs of each guest are so unique, I recommend setting up a video chat with a Cast Member who works with Disability Access Service (DAS). They will be able to help you plan for the accommodations that your daughter needs so that you can experience attractions together in the safest way possible. Depending on your circumstances, they may recommend that you register for DAS Advance so that you can select a couple of things to experience together before you arrive at the parks.

You need to request a video chat with a Cast Member at least 2 days before you arrive, but no more than 30 days in advance of your trip. Before your chat, make sure that you are logged into your Disney account and that you have linked theme park tickets and made park reservations for your whole party. That way your party can be included in any DAS plans that you make with the Cast Member. You will also need to have your daughter with you for the chat since she is the guest who needs the service.

When you're ready for your chat, go to this page and click "Request Live Chat" to get started! Live chat is available each day between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM Pacific Time. You can also find more information on services for guests with disabilities on this page, including an email address and phone number you can use for more help.

One of my favorite things to do with my own daughter is stop by the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique for a quick (and complimentary) dose of sparkly pixie dust! Just ask the nearest Fairy Godmother-in-training or Coachman and they'll be happy to oblige.

I hope you, your daughter, and the rest of your party will have a truly wonderful visit to the parks, Becky! Please feel free to send me a note here if you have more questions and I'll get back to you faster than you can say "Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo!"

    Keep moving forward!
