    I have a daughter who is 9 years old who has a mild cerebral palsy, gets tired and weak quickly, but is able to walk short distances. Which hotel and parks do you suggest she will enjoy. She is cognitively fine

    I would recommend staying at one of the three on the monorail.  There are no steps, to get onto the monorail, like the bus.  Though staying at the three will not entirely free you from riding the buses.  You will need to take them to Animal Kingdom, Downtown Disney, Hollywood Studio's, and the water parks.  You will also be able to take the boat to Magic Kingdom.  I have a 9 year old, and I asked her..and she said...Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios.  The other place I would recommend is my kids favorite and thats Disney's Yacht and Beach Club because it has a great pool, its a mini water park.  You can take a boat to Epcot and Hollywood Studios.  Once at Epcot you could take the monorail then to the Magic Kingdom.  Have a wonderful trip!!
